Copywriting
As an advertising/public relations practitioner in the non-profit world, you have to wear many hats! Whether it’s designing an exciting campaign for an upcoming exhibition or crafting a simple media alert for a NYE Party; words are important and can create a connection between your public and your organization.
NYE MEdia Alert
As exciting as a NYE Party sounds, crafting a media alert proved to be not quite as fun. However, the language we use can make even the most (perceived) mundane outlet exciting to others!
Nick Cave “SoundSuit” Campaign
One of my favorites, I was given the task of helping bring to life my supervisor’s creative vision. In order to allow museum guest’s to engage with the exhibition in an accessible and memorable way, the Marketing department created the “Create Your Own Soundsuit” campaign and created the following content:
Soundsuit templates
Instruction guide (flyer)
Instructional guide (Instagram stories)
Sample Soundsuit Creations
Being a Millennial, I absolutely love finding creative ways of engaging others on social media. Whether, it’s giveaways, follower-based content, quirky facts—social media provides unique copywriting opportunities.
